NO CHANCE. They will send you a return label, then once they get the item back, they will say it is not eligible for return or exchange so you will never see your item nor your money again. It's been 10-months as Tessa, calmly repeats the same lines.

Hi Kelsie, if you purchased a dress we will follow our dress and jewelry or sale return policy, you can request an RMA number within 5 days of receipt and the refund will be in form of store credit less the freight cost less handling fee and return label (if used) and 20% penalty (for sales items only). For general items like swim wear we will follow our general return policy, you can request an RMA number within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price to the card used to make the purchase less the freight cost less handling fee and return label (if used).
