I have bought many reports from them over the last two years. In terms of customer service they are very quick to help out and very helpful. They aggregate all reports so if you need to buy a market research report, you can compare many in the same sector and compare on price etc.

What sorts of reports are you looking for? Some industries are available free here: http://www.wikinvest.com/special/Industries

Also, if you, or someone you know, either has a brokerage account with an investment bank (Morgan Stanely, Goldman Sachs, etc.) or attends a business school (from their library), you can get a lot of these reports for free.

I haven't heard of them but you might want to compare their prices to that of Dun & Bradstreet Inc. which are very reputable.
