I can't get customer service to answer and the website keeps locking up as I try to upload photos. Suggestions? I am really regretting this groupon purchase

Strange, I've never had a problem... the customer chat tool is great but it is inside the application. So sign in and chat with them before you try to upload and lock up

Are you addressing your question to a particular person in Customer Service? Shell answered my post on Site Jabber, so I directed my email directly to Shell, and got a very prompt reply.

Hmmm, I agree that this seems out of sync as I didn't have any problems with uploading pictures. Try logging out and shut off your computer for 10 minutes and try again. My computer on occasion acts up when uploading pictures (for other projects I have done on other websites) and this seems to work. Good luck.

This is so out of synch with my experience. It's almost as if your questions aren't getting through to them. Are you sending e-mail via their link? Try again, and do report what happens.
