Why is it making me pay for money more money and expensive just to change to transfer the pet to its destination. How do I know this isn't fraud.

The driver's quote is the amount charged by the transporter for the actual transportation service. In addition to the driver's quote, CitizenShipper charges a booking fee to secure the driver. The booking fee helps support the platform and its features, dentity verification options, secure communication tools, and customer support.

This company is fraudulent. I would trust my gut and not pay for a company that ask for more money. That is not legitimate.
