I would be weary of companies that support carriers that are not forthright as CitizenShipper does. They screen reviews and do not allow honest feedback. The company practices are illegitimate.

Make sure to check all of the drivers reviews. I was nervous too and made sure I went with a driver who had made alot of successful deliveries and positive reviews.
