How do i get my money back from these people who take advantage of people.

I also spent 1995 and what was promised to be a free reading and some other items I have received nothing very very upset I am I just your site and email for at least a year I finally have come up with the money to purchase what you saying you promised I have gotten nothing please I am them on a fixed income and cannot really afford the extra money back that maybe this might help in some odd way but then again you know your own trust in the good Lord above thank you name Susan Deemer transcript number 473-351-0097 was purchased on June 6 of 2019 I would appreciate somebody's help or answers to my at Susan.
