I have just received my bank statement and 62.50 has been taken out my account I don't even know who or what this firm trade in what do I do?

I am in the same problem, trust me I have sent several emails requesting for a refund they told me that I will not get a refund because I signed up with them

Hi do you still have an email from them? As i`m looking to email them myself this computer deleted all my emails looking for there email address
