why book with booking.com when it is cheaper to book direct

Don't ever use booking.com, they are terrible! They are completely fucking me over on visiting my mother and sister becausen I had to reschedule due to COVID. Complete bullshit.

It may be cheaper to book direct, but when you book with booking.com, you have some assurances that the company will back you up if something goes wrong.
