Do they have a customer service phone number or do you have to send an email

There is NO phone number. I placed my order with this company via PayPal. On PayPal you're able to see seller information. They provided a number of: 877-614-2103. I called it, and lo and behold, the number is out of service. I did a Google search of this number and found out that prior to being put out of service, it was the number of a jewelry store in Canada. ZERO affiliation to Boardwalk Buy.
The only way to contact this "company" is by e-mail. You will hear back from one of two CSRs, either Maria, or Edward. Both will talk you in circles, giving you copy-and-paste canned responses regarding your order.
I placed my order on 9/14, I have yet to see a product, first I was told I would receive the item in 4-5 days, then I was told it was processing, then I was told it was back ordered with new units to arrive within a week, then I was told it was processing again. All in the span of 24 hours.
These people are liars, con artists, and thieves. Do not believe what you read here with 4-5 star reviews. They have blocked and banned me from commenting on their Facebook page, they very actively monitor their Facebook account and third-party review sites. They reported my review on TrustPilot claiming that I did not exist in their customer database. That review is going back up as I've sent a screen shot of my order, order number and details to TrustPilot.
This company is shady as hell. I recommend you shut down your order ASAP if you've placed one.

Thank u Jessica! You saved me money and time. If you look at the review from "Casper" you will see that this company is so pathetic it's making up its own reviews!
This guy also reviews the SAME JEWELRY place you have listed in your review! Its obviously Boardwalk buy trying to create a FAKE GOOD REVIEW! THIS IS SUCH A SAD SCAM AND THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!

I have had exactly the same experience as you word for lying word, they are definitely not legit. We live and learn. But Karma is a bitch :)
