I ordered a Timberland Shearling jacket and received another brand and not the Timberland Shearling jacket I ordered or paid for, it is a cotton 'Jeep' brand blazer. Has anyone ever received what they ordered? And if so how did you get in contact with Biichos and did they respond? Did they send the correct item eventually?

Same here. I ordered a pair of Timberland shoes on 12/21. My card was debited for $ 79.00 under the name "siwandianzistore, beijingshi cn" If you try to send a message to "Contact Us" it doesn't go through. At this point I think this is a scam out of China...

I disputed on my credit card. That's all you can do. They scammed me too.

I have bought from them the Timberland MEN'S 6-INCH PREMIUM WATERPROOF BOOTS STYLE 10001628 pair of shoes, worth $121, money has written off in yuans and I have suspected fraud, in 1 day I am the order the same footwear on the official site of Timberland.com with delivery to Russia through the intermediary. What there was my surprise when to me to mail boots have come from biichos.com. 14. 10. 17 I expect delivery I will compare quality of goods to Timberland.com at the same time.
