Reputable vendors and designers that are not being paid!

I ordered 1 item with them. After getting the run around I finally cancelled. It was for coffee. They said they actually did NOT HAVE the product and didn't know when they would have it. It was a pain to even cancel the order. I got the run around once again. When I said I would contact the BBB and post on social media how fast they cancelled it.

Hi Michelle, The items are described, however brief, in the product page. The content is also described, The high end designer items show prices and also if the items were previously 'loved'. I bought a persian rug thinking the price was incredible only to have realized it was used. It was in good condition but none the less it was not new. Perhaps that is why you may question the prices, check to see if they are "vintage" or "pre owned". Also the country in which the item is manufactured can make a difference in the price and quality. All in all I've been happy with the purchases made at BTR. Hope that helps.

I've been buying from them for several years. Everything seems to be authentic, as advertised. My only negative experience along those lines was a purchase of bedsheets last year. When they started falling apart, a few months later, BTR wouldn't give me contact info for their supplier/vendor ("against company policy"). So there's no way to verify independently that their vendors are reputable, as they claim. (P.S. - I can only assume they meant to say they DON'T "condone the selling of counterfeit merchandise." lol!)
