How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Bestwalk?

They replied quickly and asked for photos - a stall tactic. They did answer back. 20% refund and I can keep the worthless shoes or I can mail back to Japan for a full refund, at my expense.

Almost impossible. They only replied for photos, and then haven't heard from them again.
