We ordered our daughters prom dress. It arrived April 1,2015(April Fools Day)... The dress was SO ugly my daughter thought that I had pulled a prank on her. I constantly emailed them over & over informed them how unsatisfied we were with the dress & they offered to refund me $37.50? Really? I had to purchase her another prom dress. We shipped dress back to China(cost us $29.70)... I went to my bank to dispute the charge(showed all my receipts & emails), ie... Bank is in the process of refunding all my money... We will never order from these guys again!'

Iafter weeks of arguing with then I finally got a China address to send my dress back. Of corse it cost $50 to do it! I was promised a full refund and still have not seen it. The quality of their clothing is aweful. Inwould stop the order and call your credit card company because once you receive it it's harder to get back.

Brittany, no worries. I too had that same experience. We ordered my daughter's prom dress from there and then panicked after reading the reviews, especially after going back to the website and not being able to find my order. I emailed the company but decided to cancel the credit card payment. Thankfully the person that handled my call at VISA, was familiar with beckydreas. Her sister had ordered 5 bridesmaids dresses through them and was very pleased. She asked that I at least wait to see if they would deliver by time promised. They did! (I also heard from the company through emails that they were working on the dress. In fact they provided regular updates). The dress was/is beautiful! It had to be slightly altered, but that was it. The material for the skirt was different (satin instead of a knit) but it worked. The only thing is you have to order early because it comes from overseas (Hong Kong, I think) and takes about 3 weeks to deliver, so you need enough time in case alterations are also needed. Thankfully we ordered in plenty enough time. The only glitch was with the delivery. We expected package to be left but we had to sign for it. The DHL Driver attempted to deliver if late Friday evening (about 8P) after we had given up looking out for him. DHL is closed on Saturday but I spoke with company over the weekend & arranged for pickup but message was not conveyed to driver so package was on truck when I went to pick it up. Didn't get package until late Monday evening. That was the only real hiccup.

CANCLE THE ORDER IF YOU CAN

I wish I would have investigated reviews before ordering from this site. The dress we received was poorly made and had an huge snag in the front part of the skirt. They do not want to give us a refund.

I have ordered 2 dresses from there very happy with both of them and will continue to order from them... just order early
