What is the quality of their skater skirts? Not like I will actually be skating in them, and I dont exactly mind 'see through' as I expect to wear thin shorts beneath them, but do they look super cheap?

I'm not sure what you mean by skater skirts. The ones I bought were mini skirts and one just said medium length skirt.

With these skirts the fabric is really soft and light but not see through. The one size fits all thing works, but the skirts do ride up a bit more than I would like. You'd probably be fine wearing shorts under them.

I'm guessing just as awful as everything else. Even if it's not see through, I'm sure something else will be wrong with it (size, not looking like the picture, etc). My advice would to take your business somewhere you know is legitimate.

I didn't buy any skirts, but, everything I bought was a shiny cheap material in addition to the poor construction on the items.

It depends on which listing you're talking about, but I ordered one of their printed stretch knit skater skirts that I really liked. It's a soft stretch knit material that fit even me, a plus sized girl. The only complaint I have is that it's kind of short, so I wear it layered with one of my petticoats.
