I ordered an I-pod after a family member told me they got a really cheap I phone from there. I got ripped off. Waited 6 months for it to come and got nothing! Tried frequently to contact someone via the on-line help. Very friendly until I put in my order number and told them how long I'd been waiting then all of a sudden they stopped responding to my questions and I sit and stare at a blank screen. BASYOK is definitely a big scam. I should have known when I had to send money to somewhere in China! Even if someone I knew did get their merchandise I'm sure they were one of the few lucky ones.

It's a scam for sure. I ordered an Iphone and after asking many times about the order status I received a message saying it is being retained at Chinese custom's and I need to pay taxes of 60% of the value to receive the product.

You would have to realize that there is no way you can get your money back through your credit card company if they decided not to ship you the item. Not worth the risk in my book to save a few bucks.
