Yes, why are Banggood so very bad at customer service when something isn't right. Why is it so difficult to send return details and a refund

They give you a link to chat and then never come on, or come on a hour or so later and say sorry we missed you, let us know if you need anything else.

Because they're a slimey outfit, hell bent on not giving refunds, and often the goods you receive are faulty, wrong, or very poor quality
