Why so many negative ratings? I can understand a few dissatisfied orders, but this is a disturbing pattern. When I order anything online, 100% satisfaction and 100+% customer service "THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT attitude is my main, only, and absolute concerns. These negative reviews are a very bad sign and warning to me to buy only from Amazon where I know for certain that they will take good care of me.

Banggood is as bad as they come, they don't do correct orders, or what you paid for, or refunds, returns or replacements. If it doesn't arrive, they make you wait 2 months, and even then, they won't refund you. They have very questionable practices like producing videos, and photos of the delivery packaging, and you still won't get a refund.

What are your customer care policies, return policy, how would you manage unhappy/dissatisfied customers? If the shipped product is damaged on the way to the customer what is your solution?
