They advertise they have a U.S. warehouse and that items are shipped from the U.S. However, my last U.S. order is till not in shipment phase after ten days and several emails. Do they really have a brick and mortar warehouse in the United States?

A: Jeff, my review got their attention, Katherine L. From "Banggood Team" apologized and askd for my order # so she would investigate. I will update my review if anything changes. I doudt that a US wharehouse exsists expect to onload goods from that very slowboat from China.

Never saw any mention of a store in the U.S. - did see reference to England, but I've been led to believe that everything comes from China.

Not sure, they split my order into 4.2 I got within 2 weeks, the other 2 took almost 2 months. Maybe the first 2 were shipped from the U.S., I never really paid attention. But I do know that the last 2 came from China. It really shouldn't take 2 months, even from China.

I'm just saying I ordered from this company and just happen to watch the news and all of a sudden they were talking about banggood and they said on the news that it was a pip off company I do not know yet for a fact they are but I did order boots and they are not here yet but china is a ways away from here I think I will give them until Jan and by then they should arrive, Thanks, Joy

Try finding an address Jeff in US and Google map it. I tracked down the Chinese one and Googled it Worth a try ☺
