I think that you have ~ 3 days to return an item after you receive it, and discover a defect?... if your delivery is with an untracked shipper, you could probably stretch that, a bit. You will be requested to send a video of the problem. Ideally, a replacement will be shipped to you. All of this will take time (to CA, USA 1wk-1 month). Sending items back to China is QUITE expensive. Somewhere, I have been advised that along with food products, electronics is something to avoid buying from China. I do buy a lot of mini drone parts from Banggood, as the parts are only made in China, and are fairly cheap. Best of luck to you!

BG are excellent with customer service. Their returns policy is on their website, take a look. If you are likely to become impatient having to wait the 4-6 weeks for delivery, may I suggest not ordering from China, use someone like Amazon who will deliver quicker, however, you will of course pay the price. Hope this helps.

Banggood does have a return policy you can read all that on their website about how to do a return if your not happy, how everbefore returninghte product first try and work it out with them so you get a good unit, defects do happen and banggood does take care of their customers very well., i had a problem once with an l959 buggy and they sent me the part i needed after showing them a video of the problem, i also had a nine eagles GV2 quad and they busted there balls to help resolve the problem in the end i did get back 90.00 out of my 140.00 which i felt ws more then fair given all they did to try and solve the problem bangood is a great company and i have bought thousandsof dollars in products from them and will continue to do so

I have bought from them several times and have generally found them to be fine. One item (a mini drill) arrived without some of its accessories. I had to photograph what they did send and email them back with the photos, but once I did this, they shipped the missing bits without any problems. But they can be slow. I have just accepted that if you are going to buy from China, you have to be prepared for that. Don't buy from China if you are likely to get impatient. I've bought from AliExpress as well, and they are slower.

After 17 emails spanning 3 weeks, hey just told me to try sell my incomplete order to a friend as they will neither refund me, nor send me the rest of the order.

2-3 weeks is alright. I've waited from another website 6-8 weeks before. Custom clearance I guess.:)

They are slow, I've used them for several years no problem, in fact on occasion of needing warranty, unlike places like DX, they (bg) just send another with little more than a photograph. Other places mentioned, make you send items back to china, at your cost, and you never see them again. Banggood use super cheap freight which causes the massive delays in delivery, but you do get it. Eventually.

I'm unsure I've bad impression from bang good I have tried getting in touch no response really disappointed, the contact number doesn't work and their customer service is rubbish. I will not be using the service again. I saw online my item free delivery 1-3days so ordered cost me more than other providers but their delivery details alot longer now finding out after paying that they take around 1-4 weeks I could of ordered same item for half price and 3 day delivery off amazon, false advertising

Send e-mail to them. Normal deliverytime is between 2 and 6 weeks. Be patient. I have ordered more than 50 times and no deliveryproblem up to know.
