I tried to send an email to customer service to return an item, but the mail would not send! What do I do?

I NEVER got a refund. PayPal wanted me to pay $79.00 to ship everything back. (Banggood wouldn't send a return shipping label.) how is that fair business?
The customer is supposed to pay $79.00 out of his own pocket for a mistake Banggood made?

This is PayPal's fault. As much as it's Banggood faults.
Because PayPal never stood behind me. And I never got a refund.

Stay away from both of them. Use a credit card and get real buyer protection that way.

[email protected] should work to send an email to their Chinese based customer service dept... If it bounces back double check the address, and your ISP, with an email sent to a friend... I have not had a problem sending them emails or getting a response. You will undoubtedly be asked to "send a video of your issue"... which is challenging if your article was DOA or wrong size?! They are pretty good about sending replacements once they get their requested video... Refunds for items that have shipped could be tricky! Best of luck to you!

I gave up and threw the defective cargo pants away. They offered me points but when I asked how I used points I got a incoherent message back. Next!

You'd be wasting your time anyway, they don't do returns or refunds. If you paid by Paypal, start a resolution to get your money back.

I have had a couple of issues and emailed them at [email protected] with no issues at all. Two items I have had were faulty, one was replaced straight away without Banggood needing the item returned and the second item did need posting back and Banggood not only replaced the item but also refunded the return postage costs. No issues with Banggood at all and will continue to use them.

With one exception, I've had good luck with BG's CS. Quick replies and refunds or replacements. Once refund offered, when I didn't even ask for it, though I think they knew the vendor had a bad batch of batteries, and simply avoided the inevitable.

The one time was disappointing, a 265 USD CX-20 quadcopter, bad from day one, and they gave me 145 USD back as refund, not really acceptable, but didn't have choice, and figured the sum of the parts was worth more anyway... until it flew away on its own... LOL

Read the fine print, returns are at the expense of buyer.

Hello Dan, I had a problem contacting them via email, in the end I did it through Paypal as I had paid via PP. Banggood responded almost immediately to this. Also once I put the poor review on this site Katherine from customer services emailed me quickly and I was able to respond to her email but unfortunately the email I sent was a response to hers so I do not have the address. Hope this helps.
