Over 30 orders from Banggood to UK with no problems. One item went missing but I was sent a replacement. As it was mentioned before they are not responsible for postal service. If you get a free or the cheapest delivery you have to be patient as it may take up to 25 working days. Having said so I have received quite a few orders in less than 2 weeks time. Hope that helps.

I have had nothing but trouble with BG. I ordered for Christmas and it took two months to arrive. They send it the cheapest way so you are not able to track it. The merchandise I received was damaged and i have been trying to contact BG for a month and was not successful. I went on their live chat(you have to get them super early on EST) and the person on chat said they could not issue me a refund or a replacement. I asked for a manager and was told there was none there. They asked me to send an email to CS. I had explained that i had already sent 5 emails on different occasions and there was no response. She just said she was sorry to hear that. I see lots of positive reviews(hopefully they are not employees of BG) on here so hopefully it works out better for you than it did for me...

There appears to be a bit of a dirty trick being played by them to regarding shipping of some items, notably anything containing a lithium battery. As Hong Kong and some carriers from mainland China forbid air freighting these items without insurance, it seems in my last three (two with BG one with DX) purchases, they are actually shipped by sea to a destination, then re despatched by another carrier to either be air freighted or again surface freighted to your destination. As they pay absolute minimal freight possible, this is not hurried anywhere along the chain, and so far two items took over three months to Australia and the third is currently at 9 weeks. I get my weekly fob off from them with pleas to wait just one more week, and the tracking numbers are bogus to conceal the real freight system being used. I think they are hoping people can just be strung out long enough for the goods to arrive eventually. They also feed ridiculous lies about bad weather holding planes up and floods etc, If you check their news history, no such events are recorded... surprise surprise. They really should just come clean and save the anger.

I have ordered many different times from BG. Every item has arrived. Its does take an age - approx 1 month. Gives it 6 weeks then moan. BG customer service is surprisingly good

Banggood fills your order and then sends it to the shipper. Beyond getting it to the shipper for delivery to you, they have no further influence. The shipper then recognizes your orders priority and that determines method and carrier for your order. Free shipments have the lowest priority and generally are fitted into the carriers cargo container as best they can. Only so much can fit into a cargo container, it is a jigsaw puzzle with more pieces than room. Some orders, for no reason more than "they fit", get shipped quickly while others wait for an appropriate space to fit into. The cargo container, be it for ship or aircraft, don't travel until fully filled. I am satisfied with the Banggood end of things but have learned not to expect a fast arrival of my "free shipping" order. Given a need for speed, you must order and pay a much higher cost for shipping.

We are not to rate post services,, china as well as national. You can check only if the date as BG said they shipped the parcel is the same as one on parcel (there is always a post sticker on where is noted when parcel was received on post). In my case (over 50 orders) it was always Ok. But I receive order between 14 and 30 days. Ony once I didn't get one, and BG send me additional. Till now I receive 100%.

What was the processing time when you placed your order its very importante to pay close attention to that part shipping time does vary and it does go by business days i live in canada and when ever i order form bandgood, shipping time is 7 to 20 buiness days which is monday to friday being business days also processing time is seperate 1 to 3 buusiness days vs 1 business day vs 6 to 9 business days are estimated processing times before an order gets shipped i have been a customer for many years with them and i have always gotten my stuff, also if you have orders that go threw customs in your country that can thow off ETA on your stuff..

I do not know. Not can say anything bad, parcels always comes on time and in complete set. Perhaps you have to blame the postal service of your country

I find BG info very accurate, along with the vendors they ship from. Always states how long average processing will take, then shipped out. All approx. Than arrival date, a wide margin, or at least 2 weeks, after 2 weeks. So if I get something within a month of ordered, lucky me, though if doing the math, some things may take 2 months from order date. I've gotten things in 2 weeks, and shy of 2 months, depends on the vendor, and of course customs. As far as refunds, only needed one, as vendor out of stock, and no re-stock date. Once confirmed, refund processed less than a week. Of course if vendor is a bit slow notifying of no stock and no re-stock date, well, guessing they will be a little slow processing BG's refund request. If too slow, I'm sure BG would refund, then recover from vendor for themselves. Read all info when / before ordering. How many shipped, orders from vendor is important. One vendor has shipped with 25 happy customers for a product@ 20 USD, another has none or 1 shipped at 18 USD. Spend the extra 2 bucks and go with tried and tested vendor. Read the fine print, and read between the lines. I've ordered many things, all successful, except one, and as stated, a timely refund.
