If I was you Sue I would STAY WELL CLEAR OF Banggood

If Banggood sends you the wrong item, paypal will not refund your money unless you ship it back on your dime with tracking. This costs as much as the item often. My credit card that I used through paypal did refund my money. Never draw directly from a bank account using payapal. Also if they get a lot of complaints about Banggood the credit card companies will refuse processing. So they want the protection of paypal. BUY AMERICAN!

Just stay away from them, if you need to return, you are NOT going to get a return label. And it will cost you dearly.

PAY PAL would offer the maximum buyer protection and security. No matter what method of payment you use... Banggood will want the money upfront, before your order will be processed. That is an understandable way to do business with strangers in different countries. Shipping times can be lengthy, items can arrive damaged/defective/not as described or not arrive at all?! Returning items to China, is cost prohibitive. Assuming that your item did reach you. The company is honest, and will try to help you by shipping a replacement... after many emails including photos and videos that they request of you. So... I would NOT want my credit card info floating around the Chinese internet, but you can take what ever risks you wish... Good luck!

I am almost positive the reason your credit card won't work is because it is over seas. I too cannot use my credit card unless I clear the purchase with the credit card company ahead of time. Then it is not a problem. Check with your credit card company before you give up and use PayPal. I have had excellent luck with Banggood and their Customer Service. I did more than 50 orders of Bangood, always paid with PayPal, never had any problems, problems on goods received bangood me has always returned new, and not defective hagetto never wanted to return OBJECT TEACH.

Paypal tambien son unos sinverguenzas, una vez si atieenden, pero si son muchas ¿? Te hechan, tambien se da el caso de que te expliquen lo que debes hacer, lo haces y despues te contestanque la culpa es tuya y pierdes el dinero por la operación fallida y por hacer lo que te ha mandado paypal. Paypal No son de fiar.

I can read a lot of negative thoughts about Banggood... I think it is not honnest cos they have a good return policy... money back if item back and i payed only 4 euro for returning an item of 128 euro from Belgium... for very small items it will be a problem but then again if every dollar or euro counts go to the local mall by foot better... if you buy an item of a few dollars and then it is not what you wanted and still want your money back that is not being realistic when buying on the other side of the world... I used paypal and credit card never had any troubles... have been shopping at Banggood now for many years already... their service chat provides you with all info you need if you have problem... if you go with a regular banktransfer from Europe it will cost you very much so better paypal or credit... Banggood has good quality for the money... many items i use on regular base for years already... but ofcorse if you want a Mercedes for the price of a little Fiat then you have to look elsewhere and tell me when you found that place:-)

It's a Good sign that you should Not do business with this company! They have No customer service and their return policy is a joke.

I agree to most of what was said already. PayPal is definitely better, if you want to buy with Banggood at all. I found that opening a PayPal complaint and insisting on warranty refund was the only way to get some reasonable response from Banggood customer service. At the end of the day I got a sizeable discount towards buying the product a second time. Now I have 2 for the price of 1.25 and I can use one for spare parts. So I agreed to this. But in other cases that might not help. Other products I got were mostly OK, but always proving the old saying: If you buy cheap, you get cheap.
