I would answer with a question. They are in China, so what means do you have to hold them accountable?

Don't do it. You have a 50/50 chance of getting your order. Pay more cuz if you don't get order that's 100% loss.

Different tagging number every t ime you call. Invalid. No answering of phone. No customer service at all. Except poorly written english with a chinese flair. These items were supposed to be shipped fromthe usa... liars its all coming from china! November 13th shipped one month later nothing. Asses

Don't trust them... no goods. Terrible customer service. Had paypal refund for my 6 missing orders... beware

I've made purchases from Banggod 46 times and only one time did it go wrong. And that was my fault since I used an adress that was wrong and my parcel went back to China. After a mail to customer service the problem where solved and I got what I ordered two weeks after that.
