Banggood have fairly poor packaging, really just item packaging dropped in a grey plastic mailing bag. They also sell fake items, they used to have a good reputation for genuine products, but in the last twelve months, they have caved in to poor quality fakes, sold at genuine prices. There are still some bargains to be found though.

Remi don't warry! Banggood is very serious company and the box usually si very strong!

So far out of 4 orders all orders arrive.

I have strong doubts about the quality

I ordered 3 mouse scaring devices, one was a doa so dead on arrival, second one made funny sounds after one week and tgen had a burning odor.

Iphone waterproof housing was defective after a few days

I complained and they offered me 300 points which equals 6% discount.

So beware what you buy and don't expect any support other than 'we are very sorry and we offer you 300 points. Be prepared to loose 94% of your money if it the items go defective!

Consumer laws that cover you with 1 or 2 years are not respected and instead they offer an illegal 3 days warranty!

Hi, I have done more than twenty orders of bangood and I can testify that they are very reliable in both shipments in packaging, for any problem of after-sales is always very helpful with any issues.
For the moment I can only speak well, I purchase from various Chinese sites, but bangood for me remains the fastest and most reliable
