Why is it they still exist who can over see them and the ways they treat owners or tenants. When one has a problem they ignore questions.

Just a bunch of unknowing answers. They don't know our bylaws, rules or, for that matter any of our docs

Or hand it over to someone else and mark the request, fulfilled. Then no follow-thru communication.
