No good at all!
I bought my family tickets to LAX -MNL from tem under AFFIRM and the flights were from Taiwan were banned in FEB 2020 and they are not even cancelling it through affirm so im paying for somethong that were never used.
Its also hard to commuicate with them, actually, no answers our calls and emails.
Their tickets are also more expensive than buying it from orbitz or any other agencies

I bought a ticket and paid an additional $150+/- for Cancelation Protection and when circumstances made the ticket unusable and I needed to cancel my flight, I was informed that I had to pay certain fees in order to cancel plus the cancelation did not include the fee for the cancelation protection. So, canceling my flight, even though I had to do it do to circumstances out of my control, canceling my flight, with "Cancelation Protection", cost me a total of $489
