How do I get a refund for a sofa that I refused delivery for. It was damaged in 4 different places. They offered me a 20% discount then 35%. Now they are ignoring me.

I think they sent me your damaged couch... I too received a sectional damaged. Unfortunately I signed for it before opening it. Slices to the black fabric underneath the couch, broken frame in 2 different places. The one end of the sectional is smashed in. AND the fabric on the cushions don't match the rest of thd sectional.
This company is the worst! BEWARE!

Answer is you dont- Horrible company. File a dispute and they will lie and produce false documents against you. Good luck. They will drag this out forever. Dont talk on phone - keep an e-mail trail so you can show your credit card company.

File a dispute of the charge with the card issuer of the card you used for payment. Or file a dispute with Paypal if you used Paypal for payment.
