Most have a set of photos done by the agency or a sister agency. The very profitable girls will often get new photos done. You have noticed that most of the girls all have professional photos, and that the background and scenery is often the same from girl to girl or from many girls form other sites. Generally each agency that has paid actors have a professional studio to photo, and sometimes create videos of the girls. Some of the photos that are taken are a bit too much. I know many of the girls feel sleazy working for these sites, but the money is very good.

They get paid for one photo shoot. Fembots send the letters, answer letters, request chats... the only thing the computer and a bunch of secretaries can't do is Video chat which is closely monitored so the girls earn revenue.

Because once a profile has been created and "verified" another person runs the account to make money off the chatting. Some girls *do* update their pics every couple of years. It does cost them money to get a photoshoot done, so this is not totally unreasonable.
