They don't care at all! Fist they reminded me that I bought from the seller and not from AliExpress. I was asked if I made sure that the seller had good feedback... Then when I asked how I could change my feedback from excellent I was told that feedback can only be made more positive once it's left and never more negative. So once I got my order and thought it was all good, I left great feedback. And the requests to hurry and leave feedback started the day it was delivered! When it stopped working a week later I was basically told tough luck and by the way your great feedback will help lure other unsuspecting shoppers in, Thanks! I attempted to explain that I was getting nowhere with the seller, I sent, pictures and videos clearly showing the item malfunctioning and was told to try holding down the power button longer. It's moving parts that have jammed! I also bought two of this item and gave one as a gift and the other persons item failed in exactly the same way in a short period of time. And I they would say was "it was fine when it left the factory". Anything can be manufactured to work for a week! I even tried asking for replacement parts so I can fix it myself and by then was just being ignored. It was a well rehearsed farse. I am sure that they give the same answers to everyone regardless of the circumstances and sit back laughing while they count the money that keeps rolling in.

They don't seem to care. I sent a video of a malfunctioning remote control hexacopter I have. Vendor never acknowledged my msg to them, and AE gave some lame irrelevant reply to me and closed the file. Ordered plenty from them w/no problem, but won't be ordering again, unless absolutely necessary. Banggood, Lazada, EverBuying for me.
