I'm not sure what you mean. Every Tim I called customer service as they call it, I got no service. Just the run around and more and more lies. They are Chinese tip off artists. Just look at their over all reviews, I wish I had. They stole plenty from me. STAY AWAY. YOuve been warned!

AliExpress sellers in general are honest and just trying to make a living HOWEVER, I have encountered one particular scam shop. Another tried, but ended up refunding my stuff. Just BE CAREFUL and suggest shop with stores that have been open 1 year and over. And be patient knoeing communication is slow but also use your instinct if any fishy things or comments come your way!

Kamal is on the spot, the sellers are a part and parcel of aliexpress as this company makes a cut from the sellers. Sellers have no interest but to secure money for an inept product and the blame is on the buyer, that is us, in their pigeon English. So please do be aware and spend money wisely. This my personal take as I have been taken for a ride. Rgds

They will say they will help but at the end only the buyer( we) suffer as they can even deal with a fraudulent supplies even after you show them everything.

I think 95% of buyers here are new to these kind of sites... Its a shame really! AliExpress offers lots of stuff that is really good!

The United States Ali and their other affiliates are not subject to many of the " fair trade " laws and practices we have stateside. I had the most terrible experience dealing with these "professional" scam artists.
I finally received the item I purchased, it was defective and never ever worked, it took 8 weeks for delivery.
I decided it would be too long to attempt to send it back and wait for a replacement, as I wrote in my original post 3 years ago they advised me that the delay was due to storms in the China sea and because of the various ports my purchase had to pass through and customs and on and on. I for one will NEVER EVER do business with these businesses again, no matter how enticing the product may appear. EDDIE B.

Rip-offs. Plain and simple.

You must pick seller carefully. Seller does not get paid until you accept order as delivered.

PLEASE STOP DEALING WITH Aliexpress, Alibaba, Alipay and other websites connected with Chinese marketplace SINCE THEY WILL GET YOUR MONEY STRAIGHT AWAY AND RUN AWAY and there is ABSOLTELY NO PROTECTION, WHAT THEY ONLY WANT IS YOUR HARD EARNED MONIES. Also you can receive a fake tracking number or fake products and they are not willing to refund your hard earned monies, also shipping back to china will cost double or triple the amount and the seller can lie about not receiving the product since they don't want to refund SO PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM ANY MARKETPLACE WEBSITE CONNECTED WITH CHINESE SUPPLIERS

Don't buy through AliExpress - you have a good chance to lose your money and receive a worthless product, as happened to me.
