You cannot, verify if this seller sells only one thing, then you are probably being taken for. It is a good idea not to order clothing from this site, sizes are usually for Asian, who are so much smaller than we are. It takes about one month for delivery. Keep in mind Alibaba and Aliexpress is like a mall for all kinds of stores. Be ready to loose the money!

Almost 99% is Fake from Aliexpress and Alibaba if you are at all lucky enough to buy something that is not fake there is an extremely high possibility that the item will never arrive at your address and there will be NO CHANCE whatsoever of getting your money back. I have past experience of this.
Please take the good advice given in these reviews and DO NOT BUY from these sites. They really should be closed down.

I have ordered well over 140 items from Aliexpress and to date have not had any problem whatsoever. If you are looking for original brand names, then you will have to pay the price no matter who or where you order from online. Knock offs are very common on any site when you are paying less than half the price. Said that, the quality for what I have paid is superior to what I expected for the price. It's all about being realistic with your expectations when paying less than regular cost. Internet shopping is a very different experience than purchasing from a store where you can see the merchandise first hand.
Additionally, don't believe every review (including mine) you read. Emotional reviews hold little credibility in my world... I look for the facts and divorce the emotion some people write. Aliexpress has given me the opportunity to own many things I would not have purchased at full price. I always delete reviews that attempt to put sites out of business and especially reviews that offer harmful words regarding race or culture.
As you know the internet is very expansive place to be and education and research is your best friend here!

Look. It's really difficult to give a simple direct answer on a particular product. All I can say is this. Ali express and Alibaba are like the world's biggest 50c store. Do you know what I mean? Everything is really cheap because, everything is a cheap Chinese copy, fake. Replica or just very poorly made. There may be the odd good deal but I think they are very rare. Not to mention dodgy dealers who will take your money but not deliver anything. And if you think you can complain. Forget it. You will get no response. My advice. Stay away.

AliExpress is mostly fake... don; t expect anything real... you will finally feel cheated!

There are a few stores that are ok and very fair but you have stores like wholesale shoes. Do not buy from them at all. They are rip offs.
You must always check the feedbacks on the site for whatever items you are interested in. Other persons have bought before so they will definitely state the authenticity of the goods.

I ordered from this Aliexpress and was EXTREMELY disappointed! The products very poor quality!

If you really need to buy something on aliexpress,
I would not ever choose vendors with low feed
Also if the cost is almost the same as your local seller, you prefer him...
Only if there is a sharp difference in price, buy in a Chinese website as aliexpress.
Use only as payment paypal;
Attentive to opportunities "impossible" no vendor gives you the moon;
Watch out for the customs fees, usually affecting a lot and this depends from state to state;

When you buy from Alibaba/Aliexpress most of the item are Fake but cheaper. The biggest problem is that the sellers are misleading by describing newest model or expensive model of the products and when you purchase one they will send you A different product. And because of this problem I always ask the seller to send me the pic of the item they will send me when I buy it, and also Confirm with them the Model.
From my personal experience I never had a problem with items I buy under $100, yes it's fake and sometimes not the best quality but it's something you should know when you buy from these websites.
*This answer refers to electronic products but should be good to verify any other products with seller.
Always remember the Returen Policy from both websites especially when buying a Havy weight item: "Returen accepted if products not as describe BUYER PAY RETUREN SHIPPING..." Shipping cost for Products weighing over 20lb will cost at least $350 from US.

9.% of everything you see on any of the ALiBaba Groups sites are fakes. The price is cheap and you get what you pay for: cheap knock-offs made with substandard materials. If you want the real thing, support your local economy and shop local.
