Did you do a dispute? Send photos showing the items are poor. I've never had any trouble doing a dispute.

Please read our comments, we left reviews too because we either never receive our goods that we pay for or got something completely different. We are as dissatisfied as you are right now. I paid for a dress in Feb and am yet to receive the dress or my money.
