Their help lines can be better avoided, there one get only more frustrated. You have cancelled order but it can take up to 14 days for it to appear back in your account. They will refund whatever amount you paid. Remember also that you are paying in USD so you have to take into account your bank conversion rate and charges. Aliexpress is not dishonest they are just slow on processing refunds etc

Write again with The seller! It happen to me Also in the PASS. Took few days and my money was refund.

My experience with aliexpress has been good.
Just try to communicate with the seller directly if they agree with the cacelatiom. When you request a cancelation, the seller needs to agree to on it.

It may take a while to receive the refund.

I think you do not need to worry, ali only transfers the money to seller after you confirm the item is received.
Pay attention to when is your protection ends. Often it is 60 days. They send you e mail to remind you.

From my experience, i always got my money back. I always communicate withe seller. I only order items less than 100 dollars.
Pay attention to the size and feedback before you order.
