Have ordered and paid over $200 for a phone which i did not receive and after over 10 messages to the seller still no answer. They supplied a tracking number which was false and DHL said has never existed. I think this is a total rip off site. No way to talk to anyone at ALIEXPRESS. Site should be closed down they seem to be thieves. How do you communicate

I think it is time to go to the "next step". All of you living in USA and scammed by AliExpress must report to the FBI. The FBI also have office in China - let them sort out AliExpress with the Authorities in China.

Open dispute straight away. One golden rule for Aliexpress don't buy electronics. Clothing and accessories are great but stay clear from any tech stuff over $20. Probably wont even work in your region

Open a dispute. Then. Photo and paste your question on here. They don't like bad publicity.

I have never had a problem with Ali Express when ordering items. I ordered watches that were much better than I ever expected. I won't order clothes, as their sizes do not match the U.S. sizes. Be patient. It took a month and sometimes longer to receive my merchandise, and was always able to track my orders.

Normal for it to take about a month but anything after and no response, contact better business bureau. And open a dispute.

I am sorry aboutyour cased, please do read the reviews before you order and never order over $20 and never order electronics. This company is Scam artist. I also got gypped but small amount. Please pay by paypal and check with them the mode of release payment. I feel for you. Sorry

Just go in and open dispute do not mark as received. It can take up to 60 days for an item to arrive so you need to kind of do it within that time frame. Aliexpress will review the case and most likely if you don't receive it you will receive a full refund.

I was fortunate that my seller responded. I really don't think there is anything you can do. You may want to file a complaint with your states Attorney General's office to see if the can investigate any further. I would also strongly suggest getting into the habit of reading online reviews before you order. It has saved me many times!
