They wont let you

Our only tool is to try to discourage others from doing business with Alibaba. I'm not rich, but my time is worth more than what I lost with them. The product did finally arrive (way later than promised) and was awful, but not even worth the bother of returning. Write it off to experience.

You cant. It's up to you to be careful with whom you do business with. It's not a safe buying site, it's just a site to connect you with other businesses (good or bad).
