Hi! I want to order baseball jersey's from an Alibaba gold supplier. I don't know if you can trust this supplier or not. I do know from experience that Alibaba's Trade Assurance is a joke. Don't count on them to help you out at all if you get screwed.

Personally, I won't use Alibaba again. If you have a problem, it's up to the buyer to prove it without a doubt. You have to have very specific pictures to prove your case. Check their dispute site if you can. It' very consumer unfriendly!

I had a bad experience with an supplier on Alibaba website. I will not come back to that website and any supplier.

Alibaba's suppliers are overseas so shipping does take more than 30 days. I ordered some cheap wallet for a try out and I got my wallets. Just expect it to take sometime before arrival.

How the product will be delivered? My product came damaged and the company would not take responsibility. I was only supplied a partial refund. Not to mention, it took over a month to receive the product in the first place.
