All kinds of pathetic excuses, there so called customer services is a joke.

I agree with Hugh K. I filed many reports about the company who scammed scammed me and they are absolutely no help, I pry a class action lawsuit is filed against them soon because Alibaba need to be held accountable for allowing people to continually get scammed and do nothing to prevent it. I feel since I was contacted by the scamming site through Alibaba they should be held accountable.

Do not trust any businesses that are listed on alibaba. Do your research as if they have no recommendation! YOU CAN NOT expect alibaba to help if their is a problem, they will NOT help you, their is no real guarantees or protection it is all smoke.
