I don't know what drop ship means. Offline and online í the same now. The good even you pay full and included shipping but the seller cancel any time they want, if you disagree to cancel then they will hold forever. Report to international customer service, they are used stupid rules: return and dispute or looking for another supply.It's useless and stupid answer i never see all my life.

No, they do not. AliBaba and its other sites are all just merchant portal type sites. As mentioned by the others, AliBaba and the their affiliated sites such as AliExpress are all pits of disreputable practices. Much of the time if you get anything at all from the sellers, it's incorrect, poor quality or otherwise unacceptable. There seems to be a high instance of buyers getting absolutely nothing after they pay for the goods.

I echo Don L. Never ever buy from a seller on Alibaba. Better find some other website. Alibaba is fraud protal

Run from Alibaba! No recourse for ripoff suppliers

No. They do nothing but take in money. If anything goes wrong - they still do nothing. You have to find the seller outside of Alibaba.
