The reviews on you are not good. I don't understand why you don't support your published prices and expect quality service. I was going to book 2 week in Florence Italy. I am not sure that is a good idea. I am 75 and this is suppose to be my last big trip and I want it to be wonderful.

I just booked a place and was then notified that the listed price was incorrect because of an error in their system. Instead of $115 plus taxes / fees per night, the price is $275 plus extras a night. Big difference! I would not take any chances if I were you.

I would not recommend this company for your amazing last trip. It is too important to have it messed up by an unprofessional and uncaring company such as Airbnb

Hi, No you will not get your money back. Once you paid you get nothing back. I have had several people accidently book and once money taken you dont get back. You best bet is to do direct to owner and ask them to cancel the booking for you. They are unlikely to but you can try. I have had to cancel quite a few guests to assist them in this way. Thats the only way. Its very one sided to owners in that way. As owners (being one myself) you can cancel a week before with no real repercussions. I list on airbnb, but dont use them for my travel. I use trip advisor as you can cancel and you only have to pay? 20% up front, not the full 100%. Airbnb is all about cashflow bookings are a secondary business.
Alternatively if there is a business name google them and try go through a another reputable agent.
Beware: on some airbnb sites they will give their info on the site and ask to go direct, then ask you to deposit money somewhere else - this is a hoax. I have reported them to airbnb but done nothing. If googling them they generally need there own website and and listed on 4-5 other sites. With contact details.
