I'm trying to get someone to help from airbnb and I haven't gained any traction. Who shall I speak with?

I have booked vill Ribander Goa, india, but the host has not handed over the possession of the room, the amount deducted from my account my brother has booked this from his profile. Airbnb said that he will investigate the matter, but near about 19 days have passed no reply from airbnb.

I tried contacting them directly by email from the site where I left a review. They offer you the ability to contact them directly regarding a particular stay. The owner of the property in question is not supposed to be able to see what you have written to Airbnb. I can let you know if they try to contact me but I am doubtful. Did you have an issue with an accommodation?
