Call your bank. They should be able to get it back. The good thing and you lucky to use your credit card, bank will take care of it. Call them and explain your situation. Remember that you are not responsible of any fraudulent transactions. I always call my bank everytime I have a problem with a merchant. And always use the credit card to place an order or purchase

Have you just sent emails or have you called. They do have a Live phone number. I have spoken to then before about many of things. I'm not sure what the euro number is, but here is the USA. You will be put on hold for a long time so use Skype or a free service. They have to help you.

Look at what other people are charging for a similar rental, then match it or come in $5 cheaper. Do not give the cheapest price - unfortunately then you'll tend to get undesirable renters! I usually give at least a 20% discount for a full week's rental. Check what other people are charging. I don't do a month but I if I did, I might offer a 30% discount. Remember you have to factor in the costs of breakfast, cleaning, taxes etc. Be very clear what your policies are and write them in the appropriate section. Always check out people who want to rent through reviews, a google search and FB search. I don't normally take people who don't have reviews unless they know someone in my local town. Good luck. You need to do your research. YOU set your price, terms, and forms of communication. There is much preparation, of time and money spent in being a "host" whether you take direct bookings or through an agency.
Hosting is not for everyone. Good luck!
