Question:

I joined back in October 2016 and I got on my dashboard once but after that I haven't been able to get in because it says my password doesn't match. I've tried emailing but got no response. I never received by gift card and the the research program I was excepted to have not sent any payout but it still accesses and tracks my Facebook active without a problem.

Question:

I signed up as a member and it says that my email or password are incorrect. I know the email is fine because I confirmed it as well as it is where you sent the link to. So apparently its my password and I need to know how to change that so that I can login.
