How do I find out where my dress is no customer serv number and I ordered over 3 weeks ago and I still have not heard anything and also no email confirmation but it shows the money was taken out of my account

I also contacted their cutomer service on Facebook, Gordon. They help me with my issue as soon as possible.

Most of their dresses take 4-6 weeks to arrive. They never answer their phone and take forever to respond to emails. Sometimes they do respond on facebook but usually response is generic.
