Same thing here. I placed my order on 2-13-16. My tracking # shows its out for delivery on 12-9-15 in Kyle, Texas. I live in Wyoming.

I'm experiencing the same thing! The woman I spoke with said she'd have her supervisors look into it. Still waiting to hear back. Hopefully my items actually arrive. Ugh.

I am also having the problem they said that the tracking numbers are reused and it could have not been processed yet... Mine says it was delivered on 12-09-15 to AZ
