Is it safe for me to buy a nikon d610 from 42nd street photo store? Is it a gray market model that they are selling? Does it have manufacturer warranty or seller warranty? There are lot of negative reviews in the web. Please clarify!

DO NOT buy from this place, even if they promise you that you're getting a U.S. version with warranty you are NOT. They are notorious for bait and switch, IGNORE the positive reviews, they are either fake or from the few people who somehow got lucky.
