What type of food do you eat with this plan?

I do a protein shake for lunch and eat meats and veggies for dinner

I'm vegan so I eat tofu, legumes, vegetables and a little fruit and carbs.

You should eat mostly proteins (meat, poultry, fish) and vegetables (spinach, tomatoes are allowed). The whole deal of the diet is to consume less than 30g of carbs per day.

Mostly proteins is not that expensive (no carbs, sweets etc)

I eat all fresh organic (if possible) foods. No processed. Lots of fresh vegetables and meat, not much fruit just mainly berries. I do eat a little cheese and cream... a lot of coconut products and I also eat a variety of nuts... no potatoes and pumpkin (high carb veges) though.
