No true Laura and Sandra! If you follow the guide, you need a total of 6 different supplements mine added up to just over $250!

So I finish phase 1 do the fast which is phase 2 what is the meal plan for week 2 Before I purchase, is this diet suitable for a vegetarian? While on this diet? -Also can i have diet pop? -so is safe to say that you want to stay under 30 grams of carbs in a day? -just looking for more things to eat and it didn't really go to much into those details in the book. Thanks so much for your help.I have to follow a gluten and dairy free diet. There are also a number of foods that give me a stomach ache. How adaptable is the diet?
