This is certainly not a scam. Google search "3 week diet" review and you will see plenty of positive reviews from hundreds of real sites, blogs, and news articles about the diet.

I can't answer for everyone else, but I like to keep a certain element of privacy and am not interested in having my photo all over the internet. Also, many people that are doing a weight loss program may be in a place of transition in their lives and prefer a bit of anoniminty. This program is not a scam.

Good question. I was just trying to find out negative aspects about the programme, but even the 3 star reviews only give positive feedback. So why are they rated with less than 5 stars anyway? I think this is not realistic and seems a lot like a scam to me..
