I've placed several orders with this company and always received them within 2 weeks in the US. The last order was shipped a month ago, but I never received it. How are missing or lost packages handled?

You have contacted us and your order is already reshipped. There were some problems on the US market in the last weeks. All the lost/seized orders were reshipped on our cost to all customers.

Same here... still waiting for the last one and they keep saying to wait longer and now are saying that as soon as it is in stock again they will send out another but nothing yet. Did you ever get yours?
